He founded Flow Properties to provide personalized service without the corporate environment common among bigger box brokerages.

Rather than focusing on one geographic area, he’s dedicated his himself to a high standard of care that has brought him all throughout the greater Los Angeles County & Orange County areas. He built his career working on numerous short sale and foreclosure properties, and has grown into specialized areas of trust, probate, and industrial real estate. Adam is a 3rd generation Angeleno and 2nd generation real estate broker.

Qualified Expertise

Adam is qualified as an expert witness in real estate valuation and real estate practice in State & Federal court. From 2008-2025 he was regulary called to consult on and testify in cases involving complex real estate matters. To date he’s provided thousands of real property valuations and has consulted and testified in numerous court cases resulting in favorable settlements & judgements.

Charity

Adam believes strongly in charity and giving back to the communities he works in. He’s a proud member of Rotary International Pasadena Impact Club and the Greater LA Japanese American Citizens League. In addition, He supports Sidestreet Projects, Union Station Homeless Services, Little Tokyo Service Center, & many other non-profits doing good work in the community. He’s a top 2% worldwide Kiva.org micro-lender - helping people in less fortunate communities all around the world find a path toward upward mobility.
