About Adam
Empathy, expertise, and efficiency are three “E’s” that best define my service. I believe a great agent should be an experienced, knowledgable and trustworthy guide that consistently produces exceptional results. The harsh reality is most real estate agents are completely average in terms of their abilities and knowledge, and it can be a daunting task to find the right agent for you. I leverage 19 years of experience, expertise, and creativity to deliver 5-star service for every person I work with. It’s never about me, it’s always about you and your goals.
Rather than focusing on one geographic area, I’ve dedicated myself to a high standard of practice that has brought me all throughout the greater Los Angeles County & Orange County areas. I’m a 3rd generation Angeleno and 2nd generation real estate broker.
Qualified Expertise
In addition to my brokering work, I’m qualified as an expert witness in real estate valuation, real estate practice & standard of care, disclosure obligations and market condition in State & Federal court. I’m regularly called to consult on and testify in cases involving complex real estate matters. To date i’ve provided over 1,500 valuations and have consulted or testified in 40-50 court cases.
Charity
I believe strongly in charity and giving back to the communities I work in. I’m a proud member of the Rotary International Pasadena Chapter and the Greater LA Japanese American Citizens League. In addition, I support Sidestreet Projects, Union Station Homeless Services, Little Tokyo Service Center, & many other non-profits doing good work in the community. I’m a top 3% Kiva.org micro-lender - helping people in less fortunate communities all around the world find a path toward upward mobility.

Background
My journey in real estate started with my childhood hero Magic Johnson. I was a graphic designer / small business owner in my mid 20’s when my mom (a retired real estate broker in Las Vegas) invited me to see Magic speak at the LA Convention Center. This convention was my first exposure to real estate, which inspired me to learn more about it. I eventually decided to get my license - first as an agent, then as a broker. As an agent I discovered a passion for helping people through difficult real estate situations.
Being a third generation Angeleno - I am innately familiar with neigborhoods stretching from the South Bay, through mid-city, Downtown LA, and to the east side where I grew up. I truly believe LA is one of the greatest cities in the world and I love being of service in the place that I call home. My family is originally from the Crenshaw area, having owned businesses in DTLA & East LA. My maternal grandmother (whom I consider my third parent) lived in Downtown LA (Little Tokyo) for most of my life, and I spent my childhood growing up in and around this great city.
I’m grateful to be able to continue to do what I love for a living, and I’m still learning and growing every day.
